  • Don't worry we offer a 14-day return policy on all items. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we do not offer any express shipping.

  • No, we're sorry but as Marzi is a small business we only ship to the UK mainland. Never say never though! Keep checking back with us!

  • As a small business, everything is done by hand. But just to make sure you have a clear idea on how we do things, the order process (Step-by-Step) is below:

    1. You place your order
    2. We aim to pick and pack your order within 24 hours
    3. We then hot foot it to the post office and send off your lovely goods!
    4. It should take approximately 3-5 days for you to recieve your order, but this does depend on the postal service in your area.

  • We're based in the North West of England and source all our collections from UK, independent Artists.

  • Your order will be sent 2nd Class (UK) as we do not offer Tracked shipping right now.. Please note that we won't know where your parcel is once I have posted it.
